Once the entire surface turns blackish, let it set in for 2-3 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen applying part 2 use a separate bucket and brush\/scouring pad. Part A is an acid and Part 2 is a base. They will neutralize each other upon contact. This chemical reaction needs to happen on the teak, not in your bucket or brush. This is also why it's important to use both part A and B to leave your teak looking a natural golden brown. Once Part B has been rubbed into the same teak as part A, the work is done.
